1. Transport Regulations for Strength Equipment The transport of the equipment takes place in various ways. This is carried out in accordance with the legal framework for the respective transport method and with consideration for relevant safety measures. These measures ensure that the equipment’s functionality and appearance are not compromised. Additionally, care is taken to protect the equipment from direct sunlight and precipitation.
2. Storage Regulations for Strength Equipment The strength equipment is intended for indoor use (covered areas). The room temperature in which the equipment is installed and stored should range from -10 to +60 degrees Celsius with a relative humidity of up to 85%. Air pressure should be between 84 and 107 kPa.
3. Assembly and Adjustment of Strength Equipment The customer is responsible for the assembly, replacement of parts, and repair of the strength training equipment. Within the warranty period, we can supply the necessary replacement parts, but we do not provide installation. The customer must organize and carry out these tasks independently. FlameSport assumes no liability for accidents or their consequences, including injuries, property damage, or even fatal injuries to the user, arising from assembly, replacement of parts, repairs, or any other work or use of the strength equipment.
4. Before Operating Strength Equipment Be sure to check all moving parts, the tension of resistance bands and cables, as well as the condition of connections and bolts. Adjustments may be necessary to ensure optimal function.
5. During Use of Strength Equipment To ensure longevity and safe operation of your strength equipment, we recommend following these routine checks:
Daily: Inspect all equipment surfaces carefully. Check your barbells, weight racks, resistance bands, cables, fastenings, bearings, and movement blocks for any potential damage or defects.
Check the Tension on Resistance Bands and Cables Ensure that the tension in all resistance bands and cables is adequate, tightening them as needed.
Upholstery Hygiene Maintain cleanliness of the upholstery by using mild soap solutions. Avoid abrasive cleaners or chemicals containing petrol or acetone, as these can damage the material.
Weekly Maintenance: Check Connections and Fastenings: Ensure that all connections and fastenings are secure and in proper condition; tighten as needed.
Inspect Moving Parts: Perform a functional check on all moving parts and equipment. If you notice any squeaking or clicking sounds, applying lubricants or spray oils can often resolve these issues.
Monthly Maintenance: Inspect and Maintain Bearings and Motion Blocks: Each month, check the condition of bearings and motion blocks. Using lubricants and cleaning agents as necessary will help ensure smooth operation and prolong the equipment’s lifespan.
5. In Case of Damage To prevent personal injury, immediately cease using the strength training equipment if any damage is detected. Damage may be present in power bands, cables, bearings, motion blocks, or other moving parts of the equipment.
6. Strength Training Equipment Usage The strength training equipment must be used solely for its intended purpose. Any other applications are strictly prohibited, including exceeding the maximum load limit on weighted equipment.
