With just a few adjustments, this strength machine can be converted from a leg extension to a leg curl machine. It is a plate-loaded machine, and exercises are performed in a seated position. The new optimized foot roller pad of the leg extension/leg curl machine (8MXXX) automatically adjusts and positions itself at the level of your lower shin (almost at ankle height).
