1. HOW DO I ORDER FROM www.flame-sport.de?

The ordering process begins with a non-binding inquiry. You can submit this directly via our online form at www.flame-sport.de or contact us by email at [email protected].

We calculate the total cost, including shipping fees, and inform you about delivery times, shipping conditions, and payment methods. Within 48 hours, you will receive a non-binding offer in the form of a proforma invoice via email.

After we receive the payment, you will receive an official order confirmation by email. Production will then begin at our FLAME SPORT manufacturing facility.

2. DO THE PRICES ON www.flame-sport.de INCLUDE VAT?

Yes, all prices on our website are gross prices (21% VAT, Lithuania).

If you have a VAT Identification Number (EU Tax-ID), VAT will not be charged, and the net price will apply.

3. HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping costs vary depending on the order size and delivery region. We calculate these costs individually and provide you with the final shipping costs in your personalized offer.

Our logistics team ensures a safe and efficient delivery directly from our production facility to your location.

4. CAN YOU PRODUCE CUSTOMIZED STRENGTH TRAINING EQUIPMENT?

Yes! FLAME SPORT offers customized solutions for fitness studios and professional athletes.

5. WHEN CAN I EXPECT DELIVERY?

Delivery times are listed in the product description for each item. Since each piece of equipment is manufactured upon order, delivery times may vary depending on order volume.

6. ARE THE MACHINES DELIVERED FULLY ASSEMBLED OR DISASSEMBLED?

Our equipment is delivered pre-assembled.

• Large machines are disassembled into transport-friendly parts, clearly labeled.
• Cables are cut to the exact length and ready for installation.
• Seats and adjustment components are pre-assembled.
• All screws are pre-inserted into the holes for easy assembly.

 !  Some machines are fully welded and cannot be disassembled.

If you have limited access (e.g., small door openings), please inform us in advance, so we can find the best delivery options for you.
